Technical tests

We want to see you in action! Depending on the role you apply for, we will ask you to take a test; this could be a
driving test, a language test or a case study. Our aim is to assess your potential in an objective and transparent manner.

Final meeting

Now it’s time to get into the details: to find out about the projects, the challenges and the day-to-day work involved in the role. We’re looking for a genuine connection between your goals and our purpose. Feel free to ask us anything you need to know.

Here are a few tips for completing each stage

Our best advice: authenticity. At Alsa, we are driven by people — We want to know you.

  • Make your application one of a kind: update your CV and ensure it includes your contact details and geographical availability. Tell us about what you learnt in each position and what you achieved. Tell us what you want to achieve and what is your motivation to work for Alsa. It’s your story, so make it your own so that talking about it in the interview comes naturally.

  • Prepare for the interview: find out about our projects and the details of the role. It will give you peace of mind. Refresh your technical or language skills before the tests. Have your story ready; we want to hear about your previous achievements, what you learnt and how you improved in your previous jobs.

  • The technical details matter: find a quiet place to take our call or video call. Always check that your headphones, microphone and camera are working properly before you start. If we’re meeting in person, make sure you know the location well and arrive in good time to avoid any unexpected delays.

  • Be yourself: this will help you to keep calm and show your skills confidently. Ask anything you need, we want to learn your interests and what is valuable for you. Focus on enjoying conversation and making the best impression.

How long does it take the recruitment process?

Sometimes, going further requires time. Our process can take up to a month, and we realise that this may feel like a long wait, but don’t worry: we’ll get in touch with you as soon as we know the result.

I'm interested in a vacancy – can I send my CV by email?

Every journey has its own path, and ours begins with our published offers. For reasons of data protection (GDPR), we can only consider applications submitted via the job advertisement. If you contact us by email, unfortunately we won’t be able to keep your CV.

I have seen an offer that interested me, but now I can´t find it

If you don´t find it, it´s because the process has ended. We constantly update our offers based on the needs, and these may be published either for a short or a long time. We advise you to keep up to date with Alsa and its offers.

I have a D or C licence; can I work for Alsa?

Getting your licence is just the start of the journey. You’ll also need to hold the relevant CAP (Certificate of Professional Competence) and have at least 6 points on your driving licence.

I want to work for Alsa, but I have no professional experience
