We support you in every step of the way
Any concerns about the recruitment process? Don´t worry! We are here to make things easier for you!
We have designed this short guide to help you understand the process from start to finish.
Don’t miss our tips: they’re your roadmap to
bringing out the best in yourself.
Find your future
Discover our opportunities and share your profile. We are looking for people sharing our view about mobility who are willing to continue growing.
First contact
If your profile matches what we’re looking for in a team member, we’ll take the next step. We’ll get in touch with you for a quick chat to get to know you and tell you about the project.
Technical tests
We want to see you in action! Depending on the role you apply for, we will ask you to take a test; this could be a
driving test, a language test or a case study. Our aim is to assess your potential in an objective and transparent manner.
Final meeting
Now it’s time to get into the details: to find out about the projects, the challenges and the day-to-day work involved in the role. We’re looking for a genuine connection between your goals and our purpose. Feel free to ask us anything you need to know.
Our commitment to feedback
You will have an interview with your future manager. Following this, we will let you know if we continue this journey together.
You are in!
We welcome you and will be with you every step of the way.
You will be assigned a mentor who will guide you through the entire process so that you can get to know our culture, values and team. We want you to feel part of Alsa from the very first day.
We want you to be your best
Here are a few tips for completing each stage

All your questions have an answer in Alsa
How long does it take the recruitment process?
Sometimes, going further requires time. Our process can take up to a month, and we realise that this may feel like a long wait, but don’t worry: we’ll get in touch with you as soon as we know the result.
I'm interested in a vacancy – can I send my CV by email?
Every journey has its own path, and ours begins with our published offers. For reasons of data protection (GDPR), we can only consider applications submitted via the job advertisement. If you contact us by email, unfortunately we won’t be able to keep your CV.
I have seen an offer that interested me, but now I can´t find it
If you don´t find it, it´s because the process has ended. We constantly update our offers based on the needs, and these may be published either for a short or a long time. We advise you to keep up to date with Alsa and its offers.
I have a D or C licence; can I work for Alsa?
Getting your licence is just the start of the journey. You’ll also need to hold the relevant CAP (Certificate of Professional Competence) and have at least 6 points on your driving licence.
I want to work for Alsa, but I have no professional experience
Every journey begins with a single step. Take a look at our scholarships, work placements and training courses: they could be your starting point for growing with us.
